The Trainee USA, also known as the Career Development USA, Program is designed to enhance your career experience in six (6), twelve (12) or eighteen (18) months in the U.S.!

Enhance your professionalism and workmanship by being more exposed to the US business culture. Build your network in the US by spending your last month in the program by traveling to various states to meet and brainstorm with young professionals such as yourself!

Program Duration	6, 12 or 18 months, plus a 30-day grace period for traveling**. For jobs in the Hospitality Industry, maximum length of stay is 12 months only.
Fields of Study/Expertise	Business, Management, Commerce and Finance Hospitality and Tourism Information, Media, Communication Arts and Liberal Arts Public Administration and Law Sciences, Engineering, Architecture and Mathematics
Job Description	Management positions related to the field of study or expertise of participant
Eligibility	Must be a College Graduate or holder of a Professional Certificate with 1 to 5 years professional work experience Must be 20 years old and above Must possess advanced level of English skills Must be independent, flexible and responsible Must be able to work with minimal supervision Must be open-minded and willing to learn Driving skill is an advantage Must have sufficient funds to support his or herself while participating in the program
