Founded in 2008 in Manila, Philippines, HRI is a privately owned corporation headed by HRI President Vella Pascual. Offering the International Educational and Cultural Exchange Programs, we give the youth the opportunity to experience the everyday and working environment in one of the most competitive and progressive countries in the world: the United States of America.
