COVID-19 Test Guide

Philippine Airport Diagnostic Laboratory (PADLAB)

1. Register online (https://padlab.ph/DLS/AppointmentBooking?src=SR) for an appointment within 24-Hours before your confirmed flight to the United States.
   1. RT-PCR Test – P3,300
   2. Antigen (NAAT) Test – P650
2. Print a copy of your Appointment Confirmation
3. Submit your payment to HRInternational Inc. before your appointment schedule. You can pay via GCash (hrimanila.com/gcash)
4. You must be at the PADLAB Testing Center at least 12 hours before your scheduled flight
   1. For flights departing Terminal 1 & 2, PADLAB Testing Center is outside of Terminal 1 – near Park and Fly.
   2. For flights departing Terminal 3, PADLAB Testing Center is inside Terminal 3.
5. You will receive your results after:
   1. 8 Hours for RT-PCR Tests
   2. 1 Hour for Antigen (NAAT) Tests

NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE A NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST RESULT TAKEN WITHIN 24-HOURS BEFORE YOUR CONFIRMED FLIGHT TO THE UNITED STATES.

• Vax Card – Actual and Photocopy
• Insurance ID Card (printed)
• Signed and Approved Health Insurance (printed)

ALWAYS! Observe Minimum Health Standards!

Always maintain social distancing.

For Antigen (NAAT) Test – Positive Result, you can re-take an RT-PCR Test, which will take an additional 8 hours for the RT-PCR Test Result.

For RT-PCR Test – Positive Result, you need to follow the 14-day quarantine guidelines set by the IATF.
Your flight will be rescheduled.
Your program start date might be delayed.
Penalties will incur.
You need to take another RT-PCR Test after your 14-quarantine period.
